<p>Position Type:</p> <p>District-Wide Stipend/Coordinator</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>4/14/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Curriculum & Instruction</p> <p>  Additional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>The following roles and responsibilities outline the stipend position of Professional Development Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Identify the professional development needs of staff through surveys, interviews, and other assessment methods. </li><li>Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and professional organizations to enhance the quality and relevance of professional development offerings. </li><li>Work closely with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction to align professional development initiatives with the organization's educational objectives, curriculum standards, and instructional priorities. </li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on various topics related to professional growth and skill development, per CBA. </li><li>Use data to monitor the effectiveness of professional development initiatives through surveys, assessments, and qualitative feedback. Make adjustments and improvements based on evaluation results. </li><li>Collaboratively plan and design professional development activities that complement and enhance the curriculum and instructional strategies. </li><li>Co-plan for Superintendent Conference Days. </li><li>Collaborate with external partners such as professional development providers and neighboring districts. </li><li>Stay informed about trends and developments in education to ensure the program remains relevant and impactful. </li><li>Organize and lead the monthly Professional Development Committee (PDC) meetings and develop comprehensive agendas for each PDC meeting. </li><li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including curriculum directors and instructional leaders to co-create seasonal catalogs outlining upcoming professional development offerings. </li></ul>
