<p>Customer Service Representative</p> <p>Work Location: Hanahan, SC 29406, USA</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM</p> <p>Pay: $20.50 per hour</p> <p>What You'll Do on a Typical Day:</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate support. </li><li>Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li>Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues or concerns efficiently, providing effective solutions. </li><li>Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. </li><li>Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure compliance with company standards. </li><li>Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders, keeping customers informed throughout. </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Succeed:</p> <p>At a minimum, you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li></ul> <p>It'd be great if you also have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment. </li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues. </li><li>Excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>We are committed to providing exceptional service while creating a work environment where individuals can grow and succeed.
