This position offers hands-on experience with advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques in a collaborative research environment. Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Perform tissue culture to maintain mammalian primary cells, established cell lines, and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines </li><li>Conduct DNA, RNA, and protein extractions and related assays, including qPCR and Western blotting </li><li>Utilize flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy techniques </li><li>Assist with data analysis and interpretation </li><li>Maintain accurate digital laboratory records </li><li>Prepare figures and data for presentations and publications </li><li>Provide general technical and laboratory support as needed </li></ul> <p>Note: This position is scheduled to start in September 2026.</p> <p>Salary Range: $28.69/hour - $34.21/hour</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience (e.g. experience with cellular and molecular biology techniques such as tissue culture, DNA/RNA/protein extraction, PCR, and Western blotting) </li><li>Ability to work alternative shifts based on operational needs </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
