In this high-impact role, you'll act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant-driving key initiatives, solving operational challenges, and ensuring focus on high-priority objectives.</p> <p>This role requires exceptional financial acumen, sound judgment, and strong emotional intelligence. You'll be expected to navigate sensitive matters with discretion, work effectively with a wide range of personalities, and help streamline execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Execute strategic and operational initiatives set by the EVP </li><li>Lead high-visibility projects and workstreams from planning through execution </li><li>Conduct deep financial and operational analysis to support decision -making </li><li>Build executive-level presentations and insights for internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Support field operations through regular site visits and business reviews </li><li>Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field </li><li>4+ years in FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or operations </li><li>Proven, strong financial acumen and comfort working with complex data </li><li>Excellent project management and problem-solving skills </li><li>High emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust to various working styles </li><li>Experience in CPG, cannabis, retail, or manufacturing preferred </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Approximately 25-50%, including weekly time in Stamford, CT (global headquarters) and frequent field visits </li></ul>
