Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform several different tasks with great attention to detail. Need the ability to set-up, operate and monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line to ensure the quality, size and appearance of the finished products.</p> <p>Rotating work schedule will reflect:</p> <p>Group A:</p> <p>5pm - 5am Week 1 Wednesday - Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday</p> <p>5pm - 5am Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday - Friday</p> <p>Group B:</p> <p>5am - 5pm Week 1 Wednesday - Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday</p> <p>5am - 5pm Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday - Friday</p> <p>Group B:</p> <p>5pm - 5am Week 1 Wednesday - Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday</p> <p>5pm - 5am Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday - Friday</p> <p>Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. This is the reasonable estimate for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Pay could be more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.</p> <p>You will make a difference in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Constantly monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line during operation to identify and correct improper/unusual conditions, faulty equipment, and defective materials. Any improper/unusual conditions which cannot be corrected will be reported to the supervisor or technician. </li><li>Clean all process tooling as well as other related fiber extrusion equipment, using existing procedures. </li><li>Maintain documentation or process conditions, run time conditions and variations from process sheets. </li><li>Responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork and maintaining a clean environment to prevent contamination. </li><li>Responsible for performing first piece and in-process quality inspections using appropriate gauging equipment as directed. </li><li>Report material or machine defects or any major problems to the Section Leader or Supervisor. </li><li>All other duties assigned by Line Leader, Section Leader or Supervisor. </li><li>Must comply with all company rules and regulations. </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions. </li><li>Specific Skills: Mathematical skills, computer skills, mechanical ability and knowledge of machine operation.
