Leads teams of professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time by assisting staff in development, implementation, review, and completion of project plans. Communicates project status and issues with executive sponsors, as needed. Determines financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives. Analyzes service line profitability, evaluates labor initiatives, and assists with building business models for decision-making. Plans and executes procedures and processes to accomplish goals within established timeframes, working with department leadership on annual budgets and strategic planning. Directs the development and communication of actionable information at all levels of the organization, including developing business plans and strategies with management. Drives process improvement strategies in coordination with operational owners. Provides finance oversight for departments for short-term and long-term strategies to align with overall hospital direction. Reviews and validates financial information, assumptions, and methodology based on a thorough understanding of financial concepts, healthcare principles, and AdventHealth systems. Other duties as assigned.
