These values - integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion - must guide what we do, as individuals and professionals, every day.</p> <p>The Clinical Support Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned centralized functions in the home care setting.</p> <p>EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <ol> <li>Complete assigned tasks in EPIC EMR and other applications/areas for documented workflow procedures </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="2"> <li>Generates lists and reports as requested </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="3"> <li>Follows customer service etiquette </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="4"> <li>Performs various clerical tasks in support of the clinical teams </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="5"> <li>Assists nurses or clinicians with various tasks, paperwork, and reporting requests </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="6"> <li>May inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed </li></ol> </li><li> <ol start="7"> <li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ol> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required. Home care experience is preferred.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and multi-task.
