<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>The person in this position will conduct transaction reviews, evaluate and approve/dispute financial transactions submitted through the Education Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF) platform to ensure compliance with program guidelines. Enrollment verification, input, review, or maintain data supportive of the verification of student enrollment status across participating schools and service providers. Application review, assist in reviewing and processing applications for scholarship eligibility, renewals, and appeals. Customer support, provide timely and professional support to families, schools, and service providers via phone, email, and online platforms. Provider coordination, support onboarding, training, and ongoing communication with education service providers participating in the ESTF program. Data Management & Reporting. Input data in a manner necessary for the creation and the maintenance of accurate records and contribute to regular reporting on program metrics, compliance, and performance. Other duties. Addresses duties assigned by the supervisor necessary for the advancement of the program.</p> <p>This position is located in the Office of Education Choice and Family Engagement.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Associate's degree in education, business, data management, office administration, or a related field.
