<p>Java & Azure Cloud Solutions Lead</p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced Java/Azure Cloud, Lead with over 10+ years of expertise in backend development and cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+, Java 17), Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure). This role requires leadership in designing scalable systems, managing containerized deployments, and implementing infrastructure as code using Azure Terraform.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade backend applications using Java 8+/Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.· Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. </li><li>Design and optimize data access layers using Oracle, SQL Server, and/or NoSQL databases. </li><li>Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). </li><li>Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for Azure resources. </li><li>Define and enforce best practices for API design, microservices orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions. </li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership and architectural decisions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and governance standards. </li></ul> <p>What you must to beconsidered:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience in backend development using Java/J2EE.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including AKS, App Services, Functions, and Storage.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or NoSQL databases.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration on Azure.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation on Azure.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of API design patterns, orchestration, and cloud-native development.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Location: Mount Laurel - New Jersey</p> <p>We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
