We are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company</p> <p>We are currently hiring a Part Time Lobby Attendant to work 8-5 PM Saturday and Sunday at Rhonda's Place in Denver, CO.</p> <p>DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Answer the phone </li><li>Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book. </li><li>Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc) </li><li>Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable </li><li>Dispose of trash from common areas </li><li>Assist residents when needed </li><li>To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent is preferred </li><li>Minimum of 18 years old </li><li>Basic writing and reading skills required </li><li>Must work well with the public and with others as a team </li><li>Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently </li><li>A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical </li></ul> <p>Rate: $20</p> <p>Background Check and Drug Screening Required</p> <p>EOE Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans</p>
