During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Attend all dealer school training sessions in order to meet the state and Company training requirements. </li><li>Effectively learn to perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations. </li><li>Learn how to handle guest transactions, game irregularities, disputes or customer issues that may arise during live action. </li><li>Effectively learn how to exchange currency for chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner using the training currency and cheques provided in class. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED required. </li><li>Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. </li><li>Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor. </li><li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. </li><li>Must be able to attend all dealer school classes </li><li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to identify colors. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. </li><li>Able to work in a noisy and smoky environment. </li></ul>
