Voted Automotive News BEST DEALERSHIPS TO WORK FOR 13 years and counting!</p> <p>We're looking for an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT TECH</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide centralized and/or site based technical support to team members, including network selection, configuration, installation, operation, repair, maintenance, software installation and troubleshooting </li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to various computer systems, operating systems and application software using basic test equipment or diagnostic software </li><li>Maintain multi-media devices, including but not limited to telephones, printers, monitors and projectors </li><li>Repair and maintain basic cabling systems, including coaxial cabling, Category 5 cabling, etc </li><li>Improve knowledge and skills through extracurricular training and involvement in professional organizations </li><li>Other duties assigned by IT Manager or Friendship Management Services </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree in a computer related field preferred </li><li>Experience with computer hardware and software including the latest Microsoft Operating Systems </li><li>A+ Certification, or willingness to obtain IT professional certification </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily </li><li>Willing to travel to all locations as needed </li><li>Available during all administrative and sales hours </li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Other Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and customers </li><li>Ability to apply current knowledge and continuously learn </li><li>Ability to represent the company in a manner consistent with Friendship values and expectations </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the team member may be regularly required to lift moderately heavy objects, crawl in small spaces, etc. as associated with maintaining the IT equipment.</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>You'll have a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursements. </li></ul>
