<p>Job Description/Tasks/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides electrical support, including electrical wiring, controls systems and testing of engineered equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs electrical wiring and controls systems of EnergySolutions field equipment. </li><li>Wires ES supplied engineered equipment in accordance with approved design packages. </li><li>Fabricates control cabinets and controls systems for equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoots electrical wiring on equipment operating in the field or equipment returned for maintenance. </li><li>Troubleshoots controls systems on equipment operating in the field or equipment returned for maintenance. </li><li>Identifies and requisites initiation for electrical parts/components required for inventory. </li><li>Identifies and requisites initiation for controls parts/components required for inventory. </li><li>Provides electrical/controls support for performing engineering testing instructions on ES engineered equipment. </li><li>Reviews/comments on electrical systems/controls systems designed as required. </li><li>Provides electrical support to facility for routine electrical maintenance activities when available. </li><li>Works under direct supervision. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements/Skills</p> <ul> <li>Detailed knowledge of operating equipment electrical circuitry </li><li>Detailed knowledge of controls systems </li><li>Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad design software </li><li>Knowledge of controls system software </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to wear Arc Flash Personal Protective Equipment </li><li>Ability to read and follow electrical schematic diagrams and control systems diagrams </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education, Experience and Certification Requirements Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree required </li></ul> <p>Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Electrician's license preferred </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Technical training and/ or an electrical apprenticeship, plus a minimum of 5 years experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>EnergySolutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
