Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>The IT Manager's role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the SAP S4/HANA on RISE within the IT department and support the business objectives of the enterprise. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and manage a team providing SAP BASIS, Security, & Integration along with closely managing our long-term relationship with SAP. They will interact with their fellow peers within IT to ensure proper fiscal, operational, and coordinated business delivery while supporting the growth and well-being of their team.</p> <ul> <li>Manage the SAP security, cloud, BASIS, and integrations for this enterprise solution </li><li>Effectively communicate with the business process owners (PBOs) and business teams </li><li>Partner with Domain and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements. </li><li>Manage relationship with delivery partners; communicates technical requirements, defines deliverables, and ensure execution success. </li><li>Collaborates with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plans. </li><li>Partners with SAP RISE lead for project and run support </li><li>Responsibility for planning and overseeing upgrades with the proper test plans and execution </li><li>Ensure optimal use of the system and adherence to SAP license compliant </li><li>Oversee system upgrades, patches, backups, disaster recover planning, and compliance with internal and external standards. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and adoption of new SAP technologies (e.g., analytics, automation, AI, & Integration) </li><li>Establish and Lead incident management protocols in order to effectively respond to major incidents affecting SAP S4/HANA operations, ensuring rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term prevention strategies that align with established SLA's. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related </li><li>8+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Strong oral and written communication </li><li>Extensive Experience Leading ERP Operational or Project Teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications </li><li>Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA deployed on RISE </li><li>Experience working in ERP project implementations </li><li>Demonstrated expertise on SAP Basis, system administration, backup/recovery, system integration, and incident management. </li><li>Proficiency in ITIL processes and best practices for IT Operations. </li><li>Experience working with vendors, cloud-based solutions, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles </li><li>3-5 years SAP BASIS, Security, & Integration experience in a cloud environment </li><li>SAP certification </li><li>Ability to work within a transformational fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. </li></ul> <p>We value our employees by providing:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation based on skills </li><li>Industry leading health, dental, and vision plans </li><li>Generous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing </li><li>On-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths </li><li>Education assistance and internal training programs </li><li>Electric vehicle charging </li><li>Maternity & paternity leave </li><li>Interested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
