<p>Nature of Work</p> <ul> <li>Review and complete Telecommunication Requests (TCR). Review the request to ensure that they align to the various statewide contracts, are signed by a responsible party on file, from the agency making the request and track the requests through the process. </li><li>Respond to various emails from agencies, vendors and other teams within the Office of Technology. Attend meetings with vendors, agencies and other teams within OT to review requests and discuss issues and resolutions. </li><li>Update Microsoft CRM database of inventory of changes, additions, and disconnections of various state agencies requests. This is used for audits of telecommunication invoices. </li><li>Record payments received through check and IET by working with BI reports from wvOasis daily. Updating the billing system for the payments received. Working with agencies to apply payments as needed. </li><li>Assisting in keeping Accounts Receivable up to date and working with the Accounting Manager and CFO on collections of past due amounts.
