This business allows us to develop innovative technologies that enable our customers and value chain partners to create sustainable products. </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Full benefit package </li><li>401k matching </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The main duties of the Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Decision Support include delivering accurate reporting, analytics, and commentary on financial performance for senior management, effective budgeting, and forecasting (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), collaborating closely with senior management and the broader organization, providing support on a variety of projects enabled with excellent people skills and an outstanding data analytical mindset.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Owns the key financial statement accounts (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow)</p> </li><li> <p>Leads monthly close process, analyzes monthly results, and provides numerous variance explanations and commentary, including working capital analysis, cash flow analysis, product line sales and margin analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures accuracy of monthly financial results</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares guidance on monthly outlooks for each department</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews and analyzes financial data, including the income statement and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy of financial information and compliance with GAAP and SOX</p> </li><li> <p>Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates quarterly forecasts and annual budget process, including assistance and review of standard costing in conjunction with the cost accountant</p> </li><li> <p>Provides insights regarding sales and cost trends and periodically conducts ad hoc analysis of potential opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Develops a best-in-class FP&DS function emphasizing on strong data analysis, constant process improvement, and lean philosophy</p> </li><li> <p>Develops, maintain and automate financial analytical reports and dashboards with deep understanding of the data along with reporting capabilities to convert data into intelligence</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with key stakeholders across the organization to share and develop best practices and identify areas for simplification; participates in various finance led process improvement activities</p> </li><li> <p>Seeks automation and system-based solutions to maximize data analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Fosters a mindset of controls and audit readiness at all times in line with internal policies and external regulations and governance, including SOX.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparation and assistance with ad hoc financial modeling, reporting, and project analysis, as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Emphasizes on talent development and contingency planning</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting </li><li>Advance degree and/or certification preferred; MBA, CPA and/or CFA </li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience as FP&A Manager at a global company </li><li>Solid hands-on experience with financial accounting software (SAP/BPC) </li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence without control </li><li>Excellent technical problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to analyze large amounts of data leveraging super-user skills on Excel, SQL server, and MS Access, Power BI (Power Query or Power Pivot), Tableau, etc. </li><li>Detail oriented while maintaining a healthy balance towards efficiency and effectiveness </li><li>Highly organized; able to easily set priorities and work independently with strong focus on meeting deadlines </li><li>Enjoys talent development; leads financial analyst(s) </li></ul>
