<p>Job Description:</p> <p>DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Behavior Technician</p> <p>Extended School Year: 3.75 hours/day for (15) days,</p> <p>Mondays-Thursdays</p> <p>June 30 - July 24, 2025</p> <p>School Year: 7.5 hours/day</p> <p>LOCATION:</p> <p>District-Wide</p> <p>START DATE:</p> <p>Extended School Year: June 30 - July 24, 2025, Mondays-Thursdays</p> <p>2025-26 School Year: August 20, 2025</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Behavior Technician required. Minimum high school diploma and relevant postsecondary education, training, or experiences </li><li>Experience in collaborative/consultative role </li><li>Experience in a variety of data collection methods </li><li>Experience analyzing behavioral data and providing programmatic recommendations </li><li>Experience in applied behavior analysis preferred </li><li>Experience working with students who have social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs </li><li>Training in, and experience with, applying de-escalation strategies </li><li>Training and experience in restraint and seclusion </li><li>Be able to work with children who are seated on the floor, in small chairs, which can include but is not limited to extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling/crouching </li><li>Move frequently throughout the school setting to gather materials, anticipate and respond to the movement of a student, and/or provide instruction in a variety of settings, such as varying classrooms, playground, gym, cafeteria, etc. </li><li>Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the student's natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., arrival/departure, community skills, recess, gym class, etc.) </li><li>Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>APPLICATION PROCEDURE:</p> <p>Applicants must submit an employment application online at: www.clintonpublic.net.</p> <p>SALARY & BENEFITS:</p> <p>Competitive salary and benefits</p> <p>CLOSING DATE:</p> <p>4:00 p.m., May 27, 2025.</p>
