<p>Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now</p> <p>Cenveo | Chicago, IL</p> <p>Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.</p> <p>Pay & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>$24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) </li><li>2nd shift premium $1/hr / 2pm -- 10pm </li><li>3rd shift premium $2/hr / 10pm -- 6am </li><li>Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 6am -- 2pm </li><li>Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed </li><li>Shift availability is subject to change </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines </li><li>Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs </li><li>Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime </li><li>Inspect product quality and minimize waste </li><li>Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement </li><li>Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely </li></ul> <p>What You Need</p> <ul> <li>5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience </li><li>Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances </li><li>Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs </li><li>Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue </li><li>Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment </li></ul> <p>CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERPlease refer to the above description.</p>
