<p>Description & Requirements</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategic direction for supply chain cost reduction for clients </li><li>Lead the performance of benchmarking, financial record analysis, market research, spend analytics, and category analysis to identify sourcing and utilization opportunities </li><li>Identify and maintain strategies to improve the supply chain, including optimizing distribution channels and ensuring supply resiliency </li><li>Implement supply chain initiatives that drive economic and operational value, and assist clients in these implementations </li><li>Create and lead project-related deliverables such as project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, financial models, and presentations </li><li>Interface with all levels of management both internally and at client sites </li><li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with healthcare clients to generate incremental and repeatable annual business </li><li>Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for growth and process improvement. </li><li>Supervise and develop other employees </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>7+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry </li><li>Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in supply chain management and cost reduction for nonlabor areas </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's of Healthcare Administration (MHA) </li><li>Consulting experience </li></ul> <p>#LI-ATL, #LI-SGF, #LI-CLTSP, #LI-CIN, #LI-NASH</p> <p>#LI-BM1</p>
