Take advantage of this opportunity-apply today to become a valuable asset of their team!</p> <p>Salary: $90,000 - $105,000/yr.</p> <p>Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support quality and continuous improvement strategies, programs, and procedures. </li><li>Assist the Plant Manager with quality-related issues and concerns. </li><li>Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to analyze production data. </li><li>Maintain CPAR quality reporting and ensure follow-through on issues. </li><li>Implement continuous improvement activities related to product quality. </li><li>Conduct feasibility and Factory Acceptance Testing for new launch projects. </li><li>Act as a liaison for product quality, providing technical solutions to customers. </li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards and internal quality requirements. </li><li>Supervise Quality Technicians and Inspectors while supporting validation activities. </li><li>Participate in internal audits, maintain SOPs, and support regulatory compliance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Working with ISO 9001/TS-16949 Compliance </li><li>Progressive quality control experience </li><li>At least 1-3 years of experience in distribution or warehousing operations </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.</p> <p>Shape your future with us and join a team that enables others to succeed.
