<p>Chief of Staff</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Chief of Staff is a key strategic partner responsible for supporting executive-level initiatives, driving accountability, and enabling the CEO to focus on top priorities. This role combines strong analytical capability with high-level communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial statements, experience in executive-facing environments, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze company performance using internal data, dashboards, and financial reports to help drive strategic decision-making </li><li>Build financial and operational presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors, and private equity partners </li><li>Maintain and track progress of CEO-level initiatives, ensuring timely updates and accountability across stakeholders </li><li>Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal leaders to streamline communication and ensure alignment </li><li>Support quarterly board preparation, including creation of decks and talking points </li><li>Translate financial insights into clear, effective executive-level messaging </li><li>Partner closely with the CFO to align on financial initiatives, reporting, and internal priorities </li><li>Own preparation for executive meetings, leadership offsites, and key investor discussions </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and help operationalize strategic goals </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and key performance metrics </li><li>Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling slides </li><li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders </li><li>Highly organized and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Strategic thinker who thrives on translating high-level goals into actionable outcomes </li><li>Comfortable operating with discretion and handling confidential information </li><li>Confident working cross-functionally with senior leaders across departments </li><li>This position is based in Nashville and requires in-office presence four days per week. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required </li><li>2-4 years of experience in public accounting, investment banking, or a similar high-performance environment </li><li>Experience supporting or engaging with executive leadership or Board-level stakeholders strongly preferred </li><li>Embodies and serves as a role model of ArchWell Health's Values: </li><li></li><li>Be compassionate </li><li>Strive for excellence </li><li>Earn trust </li><li>Show respect </li><li>Stay resilient </li><li>Always do the right thing </li></ul> <p>About ArchWell Health:</p> <p>At ArchWell Health, we're creating a community of caring designed to help our members stay healthy and engaged.
