<p>Duties</p> <p>In cooperation with school and district administration, creates a flexible and supportive</p> <p>learning environment that fosters academic, linguistic, and personal growth; establishes</p> <p>effective rapport with students, motivates them to develop knowledge and skills aligned</p> <p>to district and state standards, and maintains strong communication with families and</p> <p>staff; responsibilities include planning, delivering, and assessing instruction in both</p> <p>English and Spanish to support biliteracy development while promoting a positive,</p> <p>inclusive, and equitable classroom culture. 9 month term/yr.
