Developing our people is critical to our strategy and fostering our culture of empowerment.</p> <p>.</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>The Retail Manager will manage and direct all retail operations and personnel including sales and service, while ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.</p> <p>Pay rate: $55K - $65K annual salary</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate daily store activities. Resolve operating difficulties and implement resolutions. </li><li>Monitor location to ensure that enough materials are in current inventory. </li><li>Monitor all sales activities to ensure profitability. </li><li>Audit the safety of work areas and attend monthly store/department safety meetings. </li><li>Establish operational goals and develop work schedules to meet these goals. </li><li>Review sales reports, department expenses, labor costs, employee attendance reports, and other reports and documents related to store operations. </li><li>Monitor equipment use to ensure proper operation. Develop and ensure adherence to equipment maintenance schedule. </li><li>Monitor costs and establish cost controls. </li><li>Perform personnel management duties including training, hiring, terminating, initiating disciplinary actions, completing performance reviews and making wage recommendations.
