<p>Advanced Practice Provider - Trauma Level II Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $56.40#- $83.35#an hour - Per Diem Days. Various shifts and hours per week *Range includes per diem and weekend#differential. Boulder Community Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in the Trauma Surgical Services department who is responsible for practicing medicine with physician supervision, including conducting exams and writing prescriptions. #Within a physician NP or PA relationship, APP exercises autonomy in medical decision making and provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. #The role will focus on care of our trauma patients, and will assist in pre- and post-operative care, admission and discharge processes, post-hospital follow up and documentation in compliance with joint commission requirements. This role will collaborate with nursing to develop standards of care and education to best care for trauma patients, and be involved in quality improvement for this population. #Surgical assistance in the OR and with procedures will be on an as-needed basis as requested by surgeons.
