<p>Beavercreek City Schools is seeking a Supervisor of Elementary and Student Supports at Shaw Elementary School.</p> <p>Certification/Licensure: All applicants must possess a valid Ohio Certificate/License in the appropriate areas.</p> <p>All applicants must possess or be eligible for a valid Ohio educator license or certificate for the appropriate grade level and content area(s) of instruction.</p> <p>Science of Reading Information</p> <p>Beavercreek City Schools is committed to meeting the requirements of the State of Ohio as outlined in Ohio Revised Code 3313.6028 requiring districts to use the science of reading for literacy instruction. "Science of Reading" is defined in the law as an interdisciplinary body of scientific evidence that informs how students learn to read and write proficiently. Facilitates and participates in IEP meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains high standards for student conduct.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors special education laws, rules, and regulations. Develops administrative procedures necessary to comply with legislative mandates in special education.
