<p>Job Title: Entry Level Marketing Associate</p> <p>Classification: Regular, Full Time</p> <p>Location: On-Site at one of our Upstate Locations (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Auburn)</p> <p>Reports to: Marketing Director</p> <p>As the Marketing Associate, you will provide support for marketing and sales activities across all upstate branches. Looking for someone who is a team player, flexible and willing to learn and try new things.</p> <p>Marketing Associate Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all our vendors. </li><li>Assisting with advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, social media. </li><li>Manage customer database. </li><li>Coordinating apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests. </li><li>Supervisor may assign additional duties or requirements. </li></ul> <p>To thrive in this role, you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Good Customer Service and Communication Skills </li><li>Organization and Multitasking skills </li><li>Solid Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word </li><li>Financial and budget control experience </li><li>Adobe Suite experience a plus </li><li>Constant Contact Experience and Wix Web Management a plus </li><li>Valid and clean NY state driver's license to travel to local branches as needed </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour</p> <p>Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision plans.
