<p>This position will assist in the sanitation of all dishes, glassware, catering equipment, pots/pans, small ware, and utensils to be cleaned The following shifts are available: Monday through Friday Daytime hours 7:30am-1:00pm, Nighttime hours 2:00pm-7:30pm & Weekend hours Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-6:30pm.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates IWCC's core mission, vision and values </li><li>Enforce the guidelines, policies, and procedures set by the Food Service Department </li><li>Responsible for the use of chemicals according to the MSDS and dish machine to ensure that proper procedures are being used and temperatures are being maintained for sanitation measures </li><li>Responsible for putting away of all dishes, glassware, catering equipment, pots/pans, small wares, and utensils in their proper location </li><li>Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all tables in the cafeteria </li><li>Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all carts on a daily basis </li><li>Responsible for garbage removal and cleaning of the garbage receptacles </li><li>Responsible for mopping and cleaning of all spills and debris on the floors of the Food Service department  </li><li>Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all mobile carts in the food service department at all times  </li><li>Responsible for the proper washing and sanitation of catering items to ensure no damage is occurring with these special items </li><li>Responsible for timely completion of any further cleaning tasks as assigned by FSM or Head Chef  </li><li>Maintain a strong professional relationship with the Culinary Arts department  </li><li>Attend industry-related conferences, workshops and seminars as appointed by the Food Service Manager </li><li>Immediately report and malfunctioning or broken equipment/small wares to FSM or Head Chef </li><li>Regular, prompt & reliable attendance </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people </li><li>Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team </li><li>Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Ability to pass background check </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods </li><li>Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs </li></ul> <p>Cognitive Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Reading, writing, calculating  </li><li>Social interaction skills </li><li>Reasoning/Analysis </li><li>Works with minimal supervision </li></ul> <p>.</p>
