Adams, OH, with travel to sites in OH, KY, and IN</p> <p>Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm (varies depending on traveling), occasional overnights are required for travel.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hour (based on experience and qualifications)</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 9 months of property management experience at a residential multifamily apartment community. </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment. </li><li>Proficient in relevant software applications such as Yardi and Rent Café. </li><li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of the role. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in networking opportunities. </li><li>Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with auto-insurance for work-related travel. </li><li>Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Fill in for absent Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers and Leasing Professionals. As a fill-in for Managers: direct and coordinate the community activities in accordance with instruction provided by the permanent manager; as a fill-in for Leasing Professional: show and lease apartments and support the manager with daily activities. </li><li>Collaborate on special projects for various company departments, contributing your expertise and insight to drive successful outcomes. </li><li>Frequent travel, sometimes overnight, to properties anywhere within our portfolio spanning Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
