<p>Company Description</p> <p>MAKE GREAT PIZZA - AND MORE - POSSIBLE</p> <p>Be a part of the world's #1 Pizza company and watch your career grow!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Shift: 11:00 am or 1:00 pm- finish - Must be able to work weekends</p> <p>Compensation: $21.50 an hour</p> <p>The Production team member assists the Production department in complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough. Team Members are required to rotate to various positions [production room, dough cooler, and tray washer] throughout the shift. Work safely at all times.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</p> <p>Production room and Dough processing</p> <ul> <li>Determine the correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients </li><li>Ensure dough is delivered into a rounder </li><li>Record batch data and maintain proofing library </li><li>Achieve and maintain dough certification </li><li>Perform metal detector checkups, and dough temperature monitoring document accordingly </li><li>Change dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS (dough bot) and ink jet, as needed </li><li>Spot check dough ball weight for inconsistencies </li><li>Check sifter tailings timely and record findings </li><li>Report any irregularities to Supervisor and Manager </li></ul> <p>Dough cooler and Staging product for shipment</p> <ul> <li>Remove trays from conveyor belt as trays enter cooler and cross-stack onto dolly, as needed </li><li>Check to ensure all trays of dough produced are properly labeled </li><li>Down stack trays as dough temperature reaches target level and document, as needed </li><li>Rotate down stacked trays in cooler </li><li>Transport used trays to washing area to be cleaned </li><li>Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks </li><li>Troubleshoot automated equipment, when needed, such as stacker, dolly loader, and/or tray buffer </li></ul> <p>Tray wash area</p> <ul> <li>Loads trays onto conveyor for cleaning </li><li>Monitor gauges and settings to ensure water pressure, water temperature, and detergent levels consistently meet company standards determined to thoroughly clean and sanitize trays, record findings </li><li>Conduct titration and/or chemical testing on tray washer equipment, as needed </li></ul> <p>Sanitation responsibilities including, Production equipment, and General cleaning tasks</p> <ul> <li>Clean and sanitize Vemag dough divider, production mixers, production mixing bowls, dough rounder, and food contact conveyor belts </li><li>Maintain detailed cleaning/sanitation logs required for Food Safety Audit documentation </li><li>Properly store all sanitation tools and equipment </li><li>Clean flour silo infeed, as needed </li><li>Ensure production's and dough cooler's floors are swept and dry </li><li>Ensure proper floor drainage in production room (clean floor drains) </li><li>Clean/Sanitize production room walls </li><li>Clean overhead evaporator units by using spraying water to rinse out evaporator catch pans </li><li>Ensure tray washer area is clean and sanitize as required by SOP guidelines </li><li>Ensure spiral floor and platforms are cleared of dough </li><li>Empty all dough waste containers </li><li>Ensure trash and recycling in production rooms is disposed of daily and receptacles are cleaned and sanitized </li><li>Support the production team by keeping production rooms and the site clean and sanitary </li><li>Scrape waste dough from trays </li></ul> <p>Domino's offers:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive wages </li><li>Paid Holidays and Vacation </li><li>Positive work environment </li><li>Benefits on first day of employment! </li><li>401k matching contributions </li><li>15% off the purchase price of stock </li><li>Company bonus </li><li>Referral bonuses </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>One year of production or manufacturing experience </li><li>Ability to read/interpret production process materials, dough thermometers, gauges, and record data </li><li>Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period, including holidays </li><li>Must be able to work in a cleaning/sanitation environment with water and other cleaning chemicals </li><li>Must successfully pass a background check every third year, on your anniversary date </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, climb, and walk on a continual basis throughout shift </li><li>Ability to lift from floor to above the head, to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift </li><li>Must be able to utilize PIT equipment, i.e. scissor lift, for cleaning the walls and ceilings </li><li>Ability to work in refrigerated conditions and non-climate-controlled conditions ranging from 33 to 90 degrees plus and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary </li><li>Able to work with yeast and flour products </li><li>Must be able to climb up and down stairs and ladders </li><li>Must be able to work wearing the Proper Protective Equipment </li></ul>
