Come see why!</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for building customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products or services. CSR's open and maintain all deposit accounts, process teller transactions, display a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service </li><li>Follow established Customer Identification Policy to properly identify customers </li><li>Adhere to all rules and regulations </li><li>Open new deposit accounts (DDA, SAV, COD, IRA, HSA) and provide proper disclosures following bank and federal guidelines </li><li>Update customer information as needed (name, address, phone, email, etc) </li><li>Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently </li><li>Accurately balance cash drawer </li><li>Continually develop product knowledge </li><li>Assist customers with unauthorized entries/fraud </li><li>Perform customer research </li><li>Order new or replacement debit cards </li><li>Support all aspects of Safe Deposit Boxes (open, close, maintain, entry) </li><li>Prepare documents for wire transfers </li><li>May also perform other duties including notary services, balancing the ATM, processing overdrafts </li></ul> <p>#INDBF</p>
