<p>We are looking for an Administrative Field Assistant to join our Project Administration team on our project in Reno, NV. This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with the project team to oversee and process day-to-day administration for the job/project, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, expense reports, payroll, and mail </li><li>Process all paperwork associated with projects, such as trade subcontractor invoices/pay applications, certificates of insurance and bonds, onsite payroll, lien waivers, and miscellaneous vendor requirements </li><li>Help manage subcontractor workflow as it relates to the review and approval process of trade subcontractors </li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Project Accountants, and other departments to complete project-related tasks </li><li>Complete various HR administrative projects and reporting as needed, including new hire onboarding, compliance, benefits, and termination paperwork </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field </li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer applications </li><li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication abilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree </li><li>Experience in the construction industry </li></ul> <p>We are looking for an Administrative Field Assistant to join our Project Administration team on our project in Reno, NV.
