We achieve this by cultivating a culture to hire, reward, mentor and grow 'Exceptional People.'</p> <p>The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facility needs at the location. Provide maintenance support for all production cells to maximize up-time, minimize scrap and drive continuous improvements and quality standards. Provide direct supervision of maintenance technicians and associated team members.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Direct the design, development and continuous execution of maintenance systems, such as preventive and predictive maintenance systems, reliability centered maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems </li><li>Orient, train/develop, motivate, counsel and assist maintenance team members in work instructions and problem resolution </li><li>Perform reliability support, investigations, studies and presentations requiring a high degree of knowledge of automation and robotic systems and operations </li><li>Initiates, evaluates and develops partnerships with key suppliers for maintenance (contractors, die shops) </li><li>Provide leadership in workplace safety issues </li><li>Coordinate and work with HR on all employee/employment related issues and Activities (i.e. hire termination, training, and performances </li><li>Help develop budgets and forecasts and integrate into negotiation process </li><li>Measure and track key process information used to direct resources </li><li>Ensure the transfer of information to appropriate shift and plant wide personnel </li><li>Provide analysis and recommendations for equipment repair and maintenance projects </li><li>Act as technical resource for manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering and as a backup for maintenance technicians </li><li>Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed to assist in Overall Cell goals </li><li>Stay current with Milwaukee Tool business including present and future trends </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field preferred </li><li>Minimum of ten years maintenance experience combined with two years reliability experience in manufacturing </li><li>Must have leadership/supervisory experience </li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication, Organizational and interpersonal skills </li><li>Must have demonstrated knowledge in key maintenance systems </li><li>Must be able to learn and apply METCO management tools </li></ul> <p>Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
