<p>Youth is the primary role. 60% of the time will be concentrated on the youth ministry.</p> <p>Youth/College Age Activities</p> <ul> <li>Organize one youth event per month (e.g., socializing events, mission activities, etc.). </li><li>Plan and prepare an annual mission trip or camp. Budget Management </li><li>Manage the youth ministry budget and petty cash. </li><li>Coordinate with the church office to track designated and general funds by submitting receipts within 7 days of purchase. </li><li>Propose budgeted activities and purchases for review and approval by the pastor prior to finalization. </li></ul> <p>Discipleship and Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Develop a youth leadership team with volunteers. </li><li>Actively share the Gospel with students and invest in their lives through biblical teaching and application. </li><li>Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, ensuring they are informed and involved. </li><li>Encourage students to invite their peers to attend church and youth activities. </li><li>Schedule visitation and outreach activities. </li><li>Participate in the monthly men's gatherings and encourage teen boys to join; promote women's gatherings to teen girls. <strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>____</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong> Additional Duties </li><li>Assist with general church outreach initiatives. </li><li>Support the pastor with additional duties as needed. (For bi-vocational candidates, responsibilities should not interfere with their other employment.) </li><li>Maintain the church's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and ensure recorded streams and other content on YouTube are properly organized in playlists. </li><li>Meet weekly in person, via phone or video conference with Senior Pastor. </li></ul>
