This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to carry out working plans and systems that contribute to safe, on-time and consistent service to our customers!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal, are preferred. </li><li>Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs. </li><li>Prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role preferred. </li><li>Valid Wisconsin driver license </li><li>Dispatchers must successfully pass a company sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check. </li></ul> <p>When you join GO Riteway Transportation Group, you become part of our family-owned company that has put people first for over 65 years, and has grown to become an industry leader in the transportation business.
