This opportunity is located at our Saxony Family Medicine Practice, at 13121 Olio Road, Suite 300 Fishers, IN 46037.</p> <p>Highlights</p> <p>Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to handle inbasket and work at our outpatient Saxony Family Care Medicine practice.</p> <ul> <li>Manage and address in-basket items to reduce the workload on primary care physicians. </li><li>Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline in-basket management. </li><li>Provide patient care as required, ensuring high-quality service. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of in-basket activities. </li><li>Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare team members. </li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 Years Advanced Practice Provider experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Headquartered in Indianapolis, Community Health Network has been deeply committed to the communities it serves since opening its first hospital, Community Hospital East, in 1956.
