Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio. Support in solution testing and issue resolution. Can mentor business process consultants.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>SAP Financials Architecture and Application components: SAP General Ledger, SAP Accounts Payable and SAP Accounts Receivable;</p> </li><li> <p>ABAP and JAVA;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Root-Cause Analysis;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Netweaver Architecture and Database performance tuning;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Finance core business processes and related interfaces; and</p> </li><li> <p>Business requirements gathering, Solution architecture, Technical design and implementation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
