This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use developments.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform clash detection using BIM, Revit, and Navisworks. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external departments to resolve detected clashes. </li><li>Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project alignment. </li><li>Primarily work in an office setting to manage BIM coordination tasks. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>4-10 years of experience in BIM Coordination. </li><li>Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. </li><li>High school diploma or higher with a focus on electrical disciplines. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in working with commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in an office with 35 employees, working Monday through Thursday with extended hours and a half-day on Fridays.
