<p>Job Summary and Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Nurse is responsible for providing, coordinating, and directing patient care throughout the procedural experience. Utilizing the nursing process as a framework for critical thinking and decision-making, the nurse ensures safe, effective, and compassionate care from admission through discharge. This role requires close collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. The EP Lab Nurse also demonstrates leadership, supports the professional growth of colleagues, and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.</p> <ul> <li>CALL REQUIREMENT </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license </li><li>One (1) year of experience as an RN in an EP Lab and/or Cath Lab. </li><li>Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>Nestled in the heart of East Sacramento, Dignity Health Mercy General Hospital is a 313 bed acute care facility that provides a wide range of services with special advocacy for the poor and underserved.
