Responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.</p> <p>Rate Range: $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Technology Architect job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and support for ITSM and HRSD modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions and maintain platform architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Widgets, and IntegrationHub.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.</p> </li><li> <p>Govern platform upgrades, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor ServiceNow developers and collaborate with stakeholders through workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, including ITSM and HRSD modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in configuring ServiceNow workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform governance including upgrades and security compliance.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
