First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused Senior Vice President & Division Manager to lead our Service Delivery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Bank's branch operations including staffing and compensation, Service Manager Associate (SMA) Program and Service Manager/Supervisor training and development, Branch Call Support, nonsufficient funds processing, relief teller/manager pool for Oahu Branches. Acts as a liaison between the branches, administration and operational support regarding process improvements and policy changes and provides compliance oversight, including but not limited to IRS rules for Non-Resident Aliens (NRAs) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ( FATCA ) for foreign entities. P rocesses and monitors reports and problems received from the branches, such as charge offs, unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EFT error notices, etc. Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary) Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is: $130,000-$185,000 per year; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: · Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business or related field or equivalent financial industry experience, Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred. · 10 years of experience in financial institution branch operations with a broad managerial role · Ability to communicate effectively with groups and individuals · Demonstrated leadership ability · Ability to delegate work assignments and set expectations · Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously · Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills · Good written and verbal communication Benefits: ?
