<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Faculty Program Lead - Doctorate of Nursing Program</p> <p>Position Purpose:</p> <p>The Faculty Program Lead will:</p> <ul> <li>Report to the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health. </li><li>Provides day-to-day leadership for the program and teaches as assigned by the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health </li><li>Oversee the delivery of the academic program, ensuring that it meets standards and aligned with MCCN strategic plans. </li><li>Review and confirm that the curriculum is updated to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. </li><li>Champions the interests of MCCN students, faculty, staff, and alumni as well as the welfare of the institution. </li><li>Represents MCCN in the most positive manner with a diverse group of faculty, prospective, former and current students, alumni, clients, vendors and members of the larger community. </li><li>Provide leadership and support for faculty, manage resources, foster a positive environment, and ensure academic quality and student success, while also engaging in strategic planning and external relations. </li><li>Assist faculty and students with required research/scholarship endeavors, as applicable. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in a Doctorate level program. </li><li>Doctor of Nursing Practice or PhD in Nursing required. </li><li>Licensure / Certification: Must hold a current active unrestricted applicable license in the State of Ohio </li><li>Successfully completed an accredited program </li><li>Demonstrate strong commitment to the mission, values, and vision of MCCN. </li><li>Conduct themselves according to established MCCN policies and procedures. </li><li>Experience in curriculum development and educational administration preferred. </li><li>Effective Communication Skills </li><li>Proficiency in using computer and other contemporary instructional technology. </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
