<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>B&A is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Architect and Administrator to oversee the management, optimization, and design of SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, security, and an exceptional user experience while supporting Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integrations with ServiceNow and other collaboration platforms.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs. </li><li>Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the SharePoint environment. </li><li>Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of SharePoint data. </li><li>Monitor and maintain the performance of SharePoint servers and applications. </li><li>Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and automations within SharePoint. </li><li>Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for SharePoint users. </li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations with ServiceNow and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. </li><li>Follow best practices for SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience with delivery, engineering management, and ownership of Microsoft Office 365-based collaboration services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform). </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification. </li><li>Meets Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Baseline Requirements, with at least one of the following certifications: </li><li>CASP+CE </li><li>CCNP Security </li><li>CISA </li><li>CISSP (or Associate) </li><li>GCED </li><li>GCIH </li><li>CCSP </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in SharePoint architecture, design patterns, and best practices. </li><li>Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM integration. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). </li><li>Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, PnP, etc.). </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance tuning. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support diverse user groups. </li><li>Experience with SharePoint Online (M365) migrations and hybrid environments. </li><li>Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements (DoD, NIST). </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance</p> <ul> <li>Active Top Secret security clearance. </li></ul> <p>Occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA (with travel to other CONUS locations possible).</p> <p>More About B&A:</p> <p>Notable Clients</p> <p>B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
