Performs or assists with </li><li>performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. </li><li>Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. </li><li>Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree Required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree Preferred </li><li>One Year Of Clinical Experience Required </li><li>One Year Of Supervisory Experience Preferred </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire </li><li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire </li><li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire </li><li>TNCC recommended </li><li>HWC required to be obtained within 30 days of hire </li><li>12 Lead EKG required to be obtained within 30 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. </li><li>Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. </li></ul>
