This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations and cross-functional collaboration between Finance and Human Resources.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting </li><li>Support preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards </li><li>Analyze financial and headcount data to identify trends and insights </li><li>Support HR-related finance activities such as labor cost tracking, workforce planning, and benefits-related analysis </li><li>Help improve financial models, templates, and processes </li><li>Collaborate with Finance and HR partners on ad hoc projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally </li><li>Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a corporate environment </li></ul> <p>Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
