<p>The Senior InSight (Salesforce) Training Specialist designs and delivers comprehensive learning solutions to ensure teams effectively use InSight (Salesforce) processes to meet client needs and support the Mission of 1st Source Bank. This includes creating and delivering face-to-face and virtual sessions, workshops, job aids, and other instructional materials in collaboration with the InSight (Salesforce) and Talent Development teams.</p> <ul> <li>Develops and implements training in collaboration with InSight (Salesforce) and Talent Development, including instructional videos, e-learning modules (BAI), job aids and other instructional materials. </li><li>Maintains expertise in InSight (Salesforce) applications and managed packages (nCino, Terafina Branch Account Opening, Financial Services Cloud and others). Collaborates with the InSight (Salesforce) office to stay informed about updates and new features, integrating this information into training materials and workshops. </li><li>Facilitates training and workshops both virtually and in-person, ensuring effective delivery and engagement. Builds rapport with the audience and provides feedback in a respectful manner. </li><li>Assesses comprehension and execution of training content; provides management feedback as needed. </li><li>Provides training to new InSight (Salesforce) users; focus on onboarding and integration. Communicates with managers for ongoing coaching and support. </li><li>Provides ongoing coaching to current InSight (Salesforce) users and management, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices; focused on delivery of an extraordinary client experience. </li><li>Fields questions and feedback from the field on InSight (Salesforce), maintaining and open line of communication. Coordinates with the InSight (Salesforce) team as needed to resolve issues. </li><li>Responsible for onboarding new colleagues and providing ongoing coaching to the current team. </li><li>Communicate regularly with Management and InSight (Salesforce) users to provide coaching and collect feedback. Incorporates feedback from learners/users and management to improve training and coaching. Reviews and updates learning solutions as needed. </li><li>Collaborates with teams across the organization on InSight (Salesforce) training related projects using a consultative and results-focused approach. </li><li>Works closely with Talent Development and InSight (Salesforce) teams to evaluate training materials for effectiveness, appropriateness for job requirements and changing employee needs. Assists in updating content as required. </li><li>Works on special projects as assigned. </li><li>Completes all compliance training as required. </li><li>Understands and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and requirements that apply to the position. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with Insight (Salesforce) required </li><li>Experience with project management and/or training preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of sales and service processes (1st Source Way); client-facing experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent organizational, facilitation, presentation and written and verbal communication skills required. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to both individuals and groups. </li><li>Demonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders across the organization. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred.</p> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel within our footprint as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
