Using data and evidence-based approaches, the employee will offer analyses on behavioral functions, help develop and implement support plans, and monitor/modify plans for effectiveness. This position will function independently as well as part of a team; assist with program development; provide clinical and programmatic supervision, guidance and leadership.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Tues/Wed/Thurs, 7 am -7 pm, Onsite</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <p>Master's Degree</p> <p>Recommended Education:</p> <p>Required Work Experience:</p> <p>Related Field - 4 years of experience</p> <p>Recommended Work Experience:</p> <p>Required Certifications:</p> <p>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</p> <p>Recommended Certifications:</p> <p>Description</p> <ol> <li> <p>Participate on a multidisciplinary patient care team by completing functional assessment and analysis as appropriate and guiding the behavioral support strategies for patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide supervision and oversight for the Behavioral Health Techs (BHT), including any hiring, onboarding, and departmental management.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop data collection systems to determine compliance and efficacy with regulatory standards and best practices related to least restrictive interventions and behavior reduction strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Supervises the implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions and plans for patients and families that are comprehensive and outcome focused.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, facilitate, and train on principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, crisis de-escalation, person-centered supports, and trauma-informed care.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively participate in any quality improvement efforts related to Behavioral Health strategies that impact patient care and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize available information to document assessment according to department guidelines to make decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure patients needs are being addressed at the appropriate level of care.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol>
