Even if you don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply-we value potential just as much as experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>General Duties</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Promoting and selling products and services with confidence </li><li>Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions </li><li>Handling service and account changes with accuracy and professionalism </li><li>Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed </li><li>Resolving billing inquiries and adjustments </li><li>Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and active listening skills </li><li>Confidence in sales and service scenarios </li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound decisions </li><li>High energy and a professional demeanor </li><li>Reliable with a strong history of attendance </li><li>Proficient in basic math and data entry </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li><li>Flexible and open to working a variety of shifts </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Training & Production Schedule: 9:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
