<p>We are seeking a therapist to serve our clients on a contract basis. The Mental Health Therapist provides clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health issues. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal specific interventions. We do offer virtual therapy sessions.</p> <p>Therapeutic Intervention</p> <ul> <li>The Mental Health Therapist will complete mental health assessments. </li><li>The Mental Health Therapist will develop treatment plans with measurable and observable goals. </li><li>The Mental Health Therapist will provide developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions for children, adults and families. </li><li>The Mental Health Therapist will complete all agency required documentation and grant-specific documentation in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Therapist will attend and participate in team meetings, staff meetings and required trainings. </li><li>Therapist will maintain agreed upon caseload </li><li>Therapist will provide the highest possible level of service to clients. </li><li>Therapist will promote teamwork and cooperative effort among employees. </li><li>Therapist will maintain safe practices </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. </li></ul> <p>Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LCP and hold valid Medicaid Provider number.</p>
