<p>Summary</p> <p>The Warehouse Associate II supports daily warehouse operations and internal supply chain activities to ensure efficient production and assembly processes. This role is responsible for order picking, kitting, and light assembly of electrical components. The position also involves filling internal and external orders, staging and securing finished goods for shipping, moving, and organizing inventory as needed to maintain workflow efficiency while maintaining general housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while consistently adhering to safety and quality standards.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Prioritize and fill orders of various products and quantities using warehouse equipment, and route to the appropriate processing area in a timely manner. </li><li>Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement. </li><li>Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings. </li><li>Attend and contribute to open book management. </li><li>Ensures lessons learned are applied to future efforts. </li><li>Accurately pick and verify that the correct product is packaged safely and in appropriate quantities and containers.
