<p>An employee in this classification, under the general direction of the Beachfront Supervisor and direct supervision of the Lifeguard Captain, is responsible for life saving and emergency services for the beach at Spencer Park. Employees will work non-traditional shifts including day and evening along with weekends and holidays. Employees in this position are integral to maintaining the safety of the City of Rochester Hills Spencer lake and beach while providing a positive experience for Rochester Hills residents and other patrons of Spencer Park.</p> <p>For more information, please go to www.rochesterhills.org/lifeguard1.
